Who we are
ClinicCult ("we", "us") builds membership apps and retention software for skin, hair and aesthetic clinics in India. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through https://cliniccult.com. Contact us any time at hello@cliniccult.com or on WhatsApp at +91 87506 59959.
What we collect
- Demo requests. When you fill in the "Book a demo" form we receive your name, clinic name, WhatsApp number, email, city, clinic type and any notes you add.
- Website usage. Our own analytics records the pages you view, how long you stay, how far you scroll, the site that referred you, campaign tags in the link, your device type and browser, and an approximate country based on your time zone. We do not store your IP address; it is converted into a one-way code used only to stop spam.
- Cookies. We set a first-party cookie with a random visitor ID (cc_vid, 1 year) and one for the current visit (cc_sid). If Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel is switched on, those services set their own cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your demo request and arrange a walkthrough.
- To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and improve the website.
- To keep the website secure and filter spam.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the website and email (such as our web host) and only as needed for those services, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept while we are in conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Website usage records are deleted after about 13 months.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is used;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- withdraw consent and ask us to erase it;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you; and
- raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.

Data in the ClinicCult app
When a clinic uses ClinicCult to manage its own clients, the clinic decides how that client data is used and ClinicCult processes it on the clinic's behalf, under the agreement between us and the clinic.
Children
The website is meant for clinic owners and staff and is not directed at children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
